How it works?
Sources and coverage
The transaction catalog contains all purchases registered by the Land Register since 2012. We download the data from data.gov.lv, standardize it, and make it searchable by address, area, and transaction date.
Update schedule
The data is available for transactions from 2012 and is updated once a month, on the 10th of the calendar month (or the next working day if it falls on a holiday).
Why can the official amount differ from the advertised price?
The parties to the transaction may have a carefully tailored financial solution (e.g., furniture paid separately). In rare cases, the amount is artificially lowered.
