A searchable, filterable catalog of every Land Registry transaction.

Open data from the State Land Service (VZD), downloaded from data.gov.lv, standardised and linked to addresses.
Update schedule
Monthly, on the 10th of each month (or the next working day). Always reflects the latest registered transactions.
Why the amount may differ
Furniture, parking, or storage are sometimes registered as separate transactions. In rare cases amounts are artificially lowered. We show the transaction as registered — raw and unfiltered.
